Our standard policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for store credit only or an exchange. Your return credit will be less any shipping.
For exchanges, please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a processing delay of 5-7 days before we are able to ship the exchange. (not including holidays or weekends)
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
- New, unused, unwashed and in good condition;
- Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange; and
- Accompanied by an original receipt
Roxy's Bowtique reserves the right to determine if the item is resalable.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Roxy's Bowtique Dog Bows Returns
These are products that are handmade for each order. To create each order, requires time and materials that make each one special. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items that are returned or exchanged.
Return and Exchange Restrictions
Wedding Dresses, Dog Tuxedos, Dog Bow Ties, Holiday and other seasonal items have a 24-hour exchange policy, where we will only accept exchanges for the same item, but a different size. When these items are received please verify the size and fit, in-order to notify us immediately regarding any exchanges.
The following items listed in this section cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All sales of these items are final.
- Spa & Grooming Supplies
- Puppy Nursing Supplies
- Belly Bands
- Swimwear (Bikinis and Trunks)
These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.
Will I get charged a restock fee?
Sometimes we will need to implement a restocking fee depending on the item and we will let you know if the item(s) you’re returning will incur a restocking fee of 20%. We will let you know this prior to returning an order.

Within the time frames mentioned above. If the return or exchange is accepted, you will receive an RMA number. Once the RMA number is received, mail your product to:

Please do not ship returns or exchanges without an RMA number to our PO Box, as Return/Exchange merchandise will not be accepted there and will be returned to sender.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange items may have an additional shipping charge and we will contact you for permission to charge for these additional charges.
We always recommend that you should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Janette Dlin Design Jewelry Collection Exchanges
Our dog necklaces are exempt from being returned. We will accept exchanges for a different size of the same design only. For larger sizes, a $10 fee for each additional 2 inches in extension will be added.
Jewelry eligible for exchange must be:
- New, unused, free of any damage, resalable and in their original condition;
- Inclusive of original jewelry box, merchandise tags still attached and components at the time of return or exchange; and
- Accompanied by an original receipt. To return your product:
