Returns & Exchanges

Janette Dlin Design Jewelry Collection Exchanges

Our dog necklaces are exempt from being returned.  We will accept exchanges for a different size of the same design only.  For larger sizes, a $10 fee for each additional 2 inches in extension will be added.

Jewelry Measuring Tips

Loosely measure your dog at the base of the neck with a tape measure.  Measure so that you can comfortably fit one finger between the tape measure and the neck. Add one and one half inches to the measurement.  This will be the necklace size that you will need to order.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks delivery time for orders from Janette Dlin Design Jewelry Collection. If you require a non-standard necklace size that is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Also, please see our necklace policy before placing your order.
