Return and Exchange Restrictions

Our standard policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for store credit only or an exchange. Your return credit will be less any shipping. All custom sized clothes, jewelry, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Holiday, Birthday, and Formal Dresses have a 24-hour exchange policy, where we will only accept exchanges for the same item, but a different size.

Returns and exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

For exchanges, please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a processing delay of 5-10 days before we are able to ship the exchange. (not including holidays or weekends)
